Cilantro spring onions jalapeno peppers n mozzarella cheese stuffed Quesadilla & a cup of hot steaming ginger flavoured Indian style tea for Wednesday breakfast at Patels kitchen!
Doda barfi (fudge cake made of roasted thick full cream coconut cane sugar & dry fruits) imported from HALDIRAM’S NEW DELHI INDIA!
Doda barfi for Wednesday Prasad (offering to GOD) at Patels home temple!
Whole green moong lentils curry (mug), long grain basmati rice (bhaat), home made red chilli pickle by mother in law (lal marcha athanu from Sasumaa), natural yogurt (dahi) & whole wheat flat bread (fulka rotli) for Wednesday lunch at Patels kitchen!
Pi day celebration at work for March (3), 14 @ 1:59 PM with colleagues and management!
March 14 (3/14) is celebrated annually as Pi Day because the date resembles the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter — 3.14159265359 or 3.14 for short!!
The per head cost of pie is rounded to $3.15 and the proceeds will go to local charity!!!
Seasoned Turkey slices with stuffing n gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed green beans n orange peppers & apple cranberry sauce for Wednesday dinner at work!
