Guess what while ordering food at the cash counter, came across a work colleague that happened to be working together in Wendy’s (1999-2003). It was a sheer pleasure meeting up with Hosai Habibi !!! Made my morning….
Chicken Kottu roti (Kottu Roti is a popular comfort cum street food in Sri Lanka. When you are strolling around in Sri Lankan streets, you cannot miss the sight, sounds and aroma of kottu. Kottu literally means “chop”. It’s made with flat bread called “Gothamba roti” mixed with spicy base gravy green chillies curry leaves onions and your choice of veggies, soya, eggs, Chicken or meat.
