Fresh fenugreek leaves/chickpea flour/salt/green chillies/baking powder/sugar mixed deep-fried dumplings (methi bhajiya), chickpea flour n spices coated carton seeds powder salted deseeded whole green chillies/potatoes n purple yam slices deepfried fritters (bataka ratalu marcha bhajia), cilantro chilli sauce (kothmir chutney), deep fried turmeric powder salt whole wheat flour deep-fried flat breads (tikhi puri), sundried rice flour deep-fried flats (tareli khichu Papadi) & Kesar Indian mango preserved sweetened pulp (Aam ras) for Monday dinner at my parents home in Markham!
