All purpose flour leavened layered rolled deep fried spiced crispy flats in clarified butter (farsi puri), roasted sun-dried urad lentil flats in cumin n black pepper flavour crumbled n tempered in flattened parched rice with spices mixture (papad chavanu), deepfried crispy thick strained spiced chickpea flour snack (fulvadi), all purpose flour in jaggery rolled flats cut in diamond shape n deep fried to perfection snack (sakarpara) & Indian spice flavoured tea in full milk for Saturday morning breakfast at my cousins home in Grenada Mississippi!!Steamed long grain basmati rice (bhaat), sweet sour tangy spicy boiled split pigeon peas lentils soup loaded with tomato lime jaggery peanuts n spices garnished with lots of cilantro (khattimitthi Gujarati dal), freshly squeezed Mexican Hayden mango pulp garnished with dry ginger/roasted cumin powder n salt (Aam raas), pigeon peas n eggplant spicy curry (tuver Tongan raswadu shak), deep fried whole wheat flour fluffy breads (puri) & deep fried urad lentils n rice lentil flats crumbled crispy mixture for Saturday lunch at my cousins home in Grenada Mississippi!!
