End of the lunch/supper/snack Work crockery plate era…the Plate broke in the sink while washing it… this plate has served me over few years as because of its shape and size no one else at work wants to use it (will not fit in microwave to warm food)…Steamed drained quinoa blended with chopped kale mixed with ceaser dressing/bread croutons/squeezed lemon juice garnished with Parmesan petals, focaccia flat bread topped with red onions/mushrooms/capers/4 blend Italian cheese baked to perfection n finally sprinkled with Italian herbs just before serving & a can of Coca-Cola for Thursday dinner at Patels Kitchen!!
