



This lip-smacking platter was invented somewhere in 1850’s by the textile mill workers in Bombay now known as Mumbai the financial capital of INDIA. This hot spicy flavourful platter consists of two major ingredients as the name says, “Bhaji” is traditional name of vegetable curry dish in porridge consistency whereas, “pav” was the Portuguese word for bread or small roll introduced by them during their short rule in Bombay before British took over the city. You can however find pavbhaji food stalls in almost every corner of the AAMCHI MUMBAI and could enjoy it anywhere in the world where Indian origin foodie have migrated with their miraculous spices to satisfy their craving!!
