Indian style fresh cottage cheese bite size cubes cooked in clarified butter/onion/soaked cashews melon seeds paste/finely chopped fenugreek leaves/whole n powdered spices/full cream rich gravy curry (scrumptious North Indian recipe – Methi Malai Paneer), sliced red onions marinated in lime/salt/pepper (lachha pyaz) & clay oven baked all purpose flour flat naan breads garnished with cilantro/garlic/AMUL butter (garlic naan) for Sunday dinner at work!
