Sweet sour tangy spicy boiled split pigeon peas lentils soup loaded with tomato/key lime juice/ginger/jaggery/peanuts/powdered n whole spices (khattimitthi Gujarati dal), home made yogurt garnished with black salt (dahi upar sanchar), steamed long grain basmati rice (bhaat), roasted sundried urad lentil flats in black pepper flavour (Mari papad), ivy gourd cooked in garlic/green chillies/spices dry curry (ghiloda shak) & whole wheat flour pan toasted flat bread topped with clarified butter (ghee chopdeli fulka roti) for Monday dinner at Patels kitchen!
