Freshly baked chocolate chip banana bread slices (courtesy of my work colleagues wife) & a hot steaming cup of Timothy medium roast kcup keurig coffee diluted with cream for Wednesday morning breakfast at Work!Garlicky baked potatoes cubes to perfection (water/olive oil/fresh shredded garlic/salt/pepper/key lime juice/oregano/rosemary) stuffed in spinach tortillas with paprika mayo n shredded cheese wraps, Hearty salad (washed drained romaine/black olives/red onions) garnished with Vinaigrette dressing/ripe hass avocado/crumbled feta cheese & a can of sanpellegrino orange pomegranate infused sparkling water for Wednesday lunch at work!!Steamed long grain basmati rice (bhaat), split husked bengal gram peas n back yard grown long squash hearty curry (dudhi channa shak), Indian okra n onions crispy curry (bhindi pyaz Sabji), hot sour tangy chickpea flour yogurt soup garnished with cilantro (Gujarati khatti kadhi), roasted sundried urad lentil black pepper flavour flats (mari sakelo papad) & split husked boiled pigeon pea lentils slow cooked with jaggery/cardamom/nutmeg/almonds-pistachio shavings/poppy seeds/shredded coconut sweet filling stuffed in whole wheat dough pan toasted flats dipped in clarified unsalted butter (Gujarati Vedhmi puranpodi mast ghee ma dubadeli) for Wednesday RAKSHABANDHAN dinner at Patel Kitchen for my Niece visiting us from OTTAWA!!
