I was barely 4 years old staying in a village Dashrath, when I was introduced to this snacks by my mother’s friend whom we visited in Vadodara.. OMG ever since then I have been enjoying Jagdish farsan till 1999 before I migrated to Canada!!
Deep-fried flattened parched rice mixed with cashews peanuts raisins sesame seeds n spices (Sholapuri chevdo) n chickpea flour coconut sugar sesame seeds spices garlic n oil mixture rolled in the thin layer of chickpea flour flats cut in bite size pieces n deep fried snack (bhakarwadi) gifted by the family friend visiting us from Vadodara INDIA, crispy crunchy deep fried all purpose flour salted wafers (khari puri) & a cup of cardamom flavoured Indian style tea for Monday morning breakfast at Patels kitchen!
