Fresh cut sweet juicy ripe mango slices for 10 AM Saturday fruit at work!
Earthen clay pan toasted sorghum flour flats (jowar rotla) topped with natural jaggery (gor) n clarified unsalted butter (deshi ghee), Cabbage potato dry curry (Kobich bataka shak), stone mortar & pestle ground red chilli fresh garlic sesame seeds salt n coconut chutney (lasaniyu marchu) and salted buttermilk from home made yogurt (Chaas) for Saturday lunch at work from Patels kitchen!

Appetizer 4 – Mildly spiced minced chicken skewers charcoal grilled to perfection (Chicken Shish Kababs)!
Main course 1 – Yellow lentils cooked with tomatoes n onions tempered with mustard seeds n sundried red chilli (Daal Tadka), Cashews cooked with creamy saffron sauce (Kaju Masala), Spiced tomato n cream gravy topped with shredded cheese (Cheese butter masala), Butter naan bread & plain basmati rice tempered in cumin (Jeera Rice) for lip smacking dinner at Daal Roti!
Main course 2 – Charcoal broiled bite size boneless chicken pieces cooked in rich white sauce n finished with fresh fenugreek leaves (Methi Chicken), boiled egg pieces n onion petals cooked in saffron sauce mildly spiced (Egg butter masala) & Garlic Naan bread for finger licking dinner at Daal Roti!
