Deep-fried flattened parched rice mixed with cashews peanuts raisins sesame seeds n spices (Sholapuri chevdo) n chickpea flour coconut sugar sesame seeds spices garlic n oil mixture rolled in the thin layer of chickpea flour flats cut in bite size pieces n deep fried snack (bhakarwadi) gifted by the family friend visiting us from Vadodara INDIA, crispy crunchy deep fried all purpose flour salted wafers (khari puri) & a cup of cardamom flavoured Indian style tea for Monday morning breakfast at Patels kitchen!Steamed soya hotdogs grilled on the cast iron pan over the bed of spiced onions garnished with chipotle mayo ketchup hot sauce n mustard sauce in hotdog buns, strawberry pop tarts, flaming hot corn cheetos, black plum & lemon flavoured nestea for Neer’s Monday school lunch box!Boiled split husked pink n yellow lentil with tomato ginger garlic green chillies salt n spices soup garnished with cilantro (moong masoor dal), steamed long grain basmati rice (bhaat), roasted sundried urad lentil flats in cumin n black pepper flavour (sekelo jeera mari papad), jackfruit pieces cooked in onion ginger garlic Thai green chillies mango powder n spices dry curry (kathal nu shak), onion slices marinated in lime salt n pepper (dungri) & whole wheat flour pan toasted flat bread topped with clarified butter (ghee chopdeli fulka rotli) for Monday lunch at Patel Kitchen!!Steamed whole peanuts deshelled/steamed spice soya hot dog pieces/cast iron roasted red onions in paprika/spices blended steamed sella basmati rice served with home made yogurt sauce & a can of Sprite lemon lime soda for Monday dinner at Work!!
